Wuhu Pacific Plastic Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer specializing in food-contact plastic products, insulated food service solutions, reusable tableware, and customized OEM/ODM plastic components.
With a modern manufacturing base covering approximately 40,000 m² of land area and over 30,000 m² of total building area, Pacific Plastic integrates product development, mold management, injection molding, surface decoration, assembly, quality control, warehousing, and logistics into a complete manufacturing system.
Our products are widely used in foodservice, hospitality, central kitchens, food distribution systems, institutional catering, reusable tableware programs, and industrial plastic applications.
Manufacturing Capability
Pacific Plastic is equipped with 19 precision injection molding machines, supported by servo systems, automatic material feeding systems, robotic handling equipment, and automated palletizing solutions.
The factory also provides secondary processing services, including laser marking, engraving, inkjet printing, custom logo decoration, surface treatment, and food-contact plastic component assembly.
With standardized workshops and an intelligent finished-goods warehouse, the company supports both large-scale production and flexible customized projects.
Annual production capacity includes:
· Food containers and lunch boxes: 20.52 million pieces per year
· Insulated food carriers: 72,000 units per year
Engineering & OEM/ODM Development
Pacific Plastic maintains an experienced engineering and technical team covering product design, mold design, tooling management, injection molding, surface decoration, and foodservice product engineering.
Based on customer samples, drawings, or technical specifications, we can support the full development process from product evaluation and 3D prototyping to mold development, pilot production, and mass production.
Our material systems include PP, PE, ABS, PC, and other food-grade polymer materials. Material modification can also be developed according to requirements for heat resistance, impact strength, surface texture, and food-contact compliance.

Finished products are tested according to product requirements, including appearance, dimensions, weight consistency, load-bearing performance, heat resistance, assembly compatibility, and functional reliability.
A batch traceability system is implemented to support production tracking, quality review, and customer documentation requirements.
