Project Background
This project was developed for a luxury hotel catering operation in the Middle East. The products were mainly used for banquet service, buffet areas, room service, and back-of-house food preparation.
The customer required durable, food-contact plastic tableware and service products that could support high-frequency use in a premium hospitality environment.

Pacific Plastic Solution
Pacific Plastic recommended food-grade PP materials for direct food-contact products and durable ABS options for selected service trays. The solution focused on product strength, easy handling, and stable appearance across hotel dining areas.
For banquet and buffet operations, stackability and cleaning efficiency were prioritized. For room service, the products were designed to support stable carrying and repeated daily use.
Quality Control
The project followed Pacific Plastic’s standard quality inspection process, including raw material inspection, injection molding control, appearance inspection, dimensional checking, and final packing inspection.
Project Result
The project completed the delivery of approximately 12,000 pieces/sets of catering products. The products were used across banquet service, buffet dining, room service, and back-of-house food handling.
The solution helped the hotel improve service efficiency, storage management, and product consistency across multiple catering scenarios.
Application Value
