Project Background
This project was developed for a foodservice delivery operator in the UAE. The customer provided meal delivery and catering services for corporate clients, staff canteens, and commercial dining projects.
The customer needed durable food containers and delivery products suitable for high-frequency hot meal transportation.
Customer Requirements
The foodservice operator required products that could perform reliably during daily packing, delivery, cleaning, and reuse.
Key requirements included:

Material Solution
Food-grade PP material was used for meal containers and soup containers. PE and PP materials were selected for transport boxes according to load-bearing and impact-resistance requirements.
For hot meal delivery, the solution focused on lid stability, stacking performance, and cleaning efficiency.
Pacific Plastic Solution
Pacific Plastic worked around the customer’s meal delivery workflow, including food packing, temporary storage, vehicle loading, delivery, return collection, and cleaning.
The product solution helped improve delivery stability and reduce product damage during repeated transport. Custom branding was also supported for better customer recognition.
Project Result
The project completed the delivery of approximately 20,000 pieces/sets of reusable foodservice delivery products.
The products were used in corporate meal delivery, canteen supply, and commercial catering programs. The final solution improved packing efficiency, delivery consistency, and reusable product management.
Application Value
