Project Background
This project was developed for a central kitchen operator in Southeast Asia. The customer provided daily meal preparation and distribution services for schools, factories, and institutional catering programs.
The customer needed a reusable, food-contact plastic solution for meal packing, internal transport, and hot food delivery.
Customer Requirements
The central kitchen required products that could handle large-volume daily operations while maintaining food safety and product durability.

Material Solution
Food-grade PP material was selected for lunch boxes, soup cups, and meal containers. PE and PP material combinations were used for selected transport boxes to improve durability and impact resistance.
For hot food distribution, product structure and lid matching were optimized to support safer handling and more efficient delivery.
Pacific Plastic Solution
Pacific Plastic provided product matching based on the customer’s daily meal distribution process. The solution covered food preparation, meal portioning, packing, storage, and delivery.
The products were designed to support repeated use, easy cleaning, and efficient stacking during transport. Custom logo printing and batch color management were also provided.
Project Result
The project delivered approximately 35,000 pieces/sets of reusable meal distribution products.
The final solution helped the customer reduce disposable packaging use, improve meal distribution efficiency, and standardize product management across multiple delivery locations.
Application Value
