Project Background
This project was developed for a school cafeteria supply program in Australia. The products were used in school dining halls, student meal service areas, and kitchen preparation zones.
The customer required reusable, safe, and durable plastic tableware suitable for daily student dining operations.

Material Solution
Food-grade PP material was selected as the main material because of its light weight, food-contact safety, and suitability for repeated cafeteria use.
The product structure was designed to support frequent washing, daily stacking, and student meal service operations.
Pacific Plastic Solution
Pacific Plastic provided a reusable cafeteria tableware system covering trays, bowls, plates, cups, and cutlery. The products were matched according to different meal types, age groups, and cafeteria serving methods.
Color matching and logo customization were also supported to help the customer build a unified cafeteria tableware system.
Quality Control
The project followed a full inspection process from raw material control to finished product packing. Key inspection points included appearance, size consistency, edge smoothness, stackability, and food-contact safety.
Project Result
The project completed the delivery of approximately 25,000 pieces/sets of reusable cafeteria tableware.
The products helped the customer improve daily dining efficiency, reduce disposable tableware use, and maintain a cleaner, more standardized cafeteria operation.
Application Value
This project demonstrated Pacific Plastic's ability to support schools, universities, cafeterias, and institutional dining programs with reusable plastic tableware solutions.
