For hot food distribution, product structure and lid matching were optimized to support safer handling and more efficient delivery.   Pacific Plastic Solution Pacific Plastic provided product matching based on the customer’s daily meal distribution process. The solution covered food preparation, meal portioning, packing, storage, and delivery. The products were designed to support repeated use, easy cleaning, and efficient stacking during transport. Custom logo printing and batch color management were also provided.   Project Result The project delivered approximately 35,000 pieces/sets of reusable meal distribution products.
